United We Stand
This is one of our local businesses.
They have a commercial on local TV that features five male employees standing in a line underneath that sign, smiling at the camera.
Every time I see it I think, "How long before they catch on?"
Top marks to the ad person who thought it up, though, for making me laugh every single time it comes on.

Hello, your blog is really cool! Please visit mine too, charmedwishes18.blogspot.com thanks!
Lol :P How fitting seeing how I've just been going through the many examples of failure on failblog.org. Maybe you should send that picture in.
I just love it when I see things like that. I can't think of any off the top of my head, but from now on, I'll be sure to make a note when I see something, and let you know.

PS We've had the whole winter range in the last few hours - thunder and lightning, pouring rain, howling winds, and to top it all off, hailstones.
By the way, shouldn't that be lightning and thunder?
Thanks for your kind words charmedwishes.
Bilby and Suzanne: It absolutely cracks me up. Mind you, I must've looked a bit of a tool myself standing in the middle of Sanford Rd taking picures. Bilby, I love failblog.org, my son sends me stuff from it all the time, so I just might submit a pic.
Big dark clouds are rolling in from the west at the moment (4pm) but most of the day has been sunny and freezing cold. I think we'll probably cop the storm tonight. Suzanne, it's the "mortar and pestle vs pestle and mortar" thing, isn't it? I'd change it around daily if I were you, just to keep everyone on their toes.
Yep this one cracks me up, i can just imagine...
been freezin here 7degrees lots of rain etc. brrrr
Do they have a hire service?
That is funny! A favourite motel sign I once saw advertised "Free Poo". Didn't much fancy swimming there.
The guys in the TV ad look like they'd rather be anywhere than under a United Tools sign so maybe they're already looking into the hire option.
Louciao, I love your Maxim of the Week.
Priceless!
GG
On a trip to Paris, near the Gare du Nord, the evening sky was lit up by a sign announcing
'Hotel Kuntz'.
I love it (roflmao even)
Happy to hear you appreciate my Maxim of the Week. Have had complaints from those who "don't get it." What's not to get? Keeping up a mutual fan club here, I love your humorous writing!
